These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain how you can use: (1) our websites at moonpaws.com; (2) our mobile apps ("Apps"); and (3) all the services, features, and content you get through these websites and apps (together, we call these our "Services"). When we say "Pawstrology," "we," "us," “our Company,” or "our," we mean Pawstrology Inc. When we say "you," we mean anyone using our Services.

Agreeing to These Terms

By using our Services, you're agreeing to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy (found at moonpaws.com/privacy). Please take a moment to read them carefully. If you use our Services or click "accept" when asked, that means you agree to everything in these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our Services.

This is important! Please read the section below about how we settle disagreements, as it says that if you have a problem with Pawstrology Inc., it will be handled through a final and binding arbitration process. By agreeing to this, you are acknowledging that you’ve read, understood, and taken time to think about what this means.

Our app is designed for people who are 18 years or older. If you're under 18, please don't use the app. Be sure to read these Terms of Service carefully before using the app. By using any part of the app, you agree to follow these terms. If you don’t agree with everything here, you won’t be able to use the app or its services. When you use our app, it's like you’re agreeing to a deal, and that deal is based on these terms.

We may add new features or tools, and they will also follow these rules. You can always check the latest version of these terms here. We might update or change parts of these Terms of Service, so it's important to check back from time to time. By continuing to use the app after any updates, you’re agreeing to those changes too.

Changes to These Rules

We might change these rules sometimes without telling you first. The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top. If we make changes, we’ll post them in the app. You can choose whether or not to agree to the new rules, but if you don’t agree, you can’t keep using the app. If you keep using the app, that means you agree to the most recent version of the rules. If you don’t agree, your only option is to stop using the app.

Access and Account Security

We're always working to make our services better! This means we might add new things, stop updating old ones, or even remove features, products, or content. Sometimes, we might need to pause or stop our services entirely. If this happens, we’ll try to let you know in advance, but that might not always be possible.

To use some of our services, you might need to share certain information with us (“User Information”) and create an account (“Account”). How we collect, use, and protect your information is covered in our Privacy Policy. You agree that the information you provide will be accurate and kept up-to-date. If your details change, please update your account on our website or app as soon as you can.

You’re responsible for what happens with your account, whether you know about it or not. This means it’s important to keep your account secure by using a strong password, keeping it private, and being careful when using shared or public devices. Pawstrology Inc. isn’t responsible for any loss you might face if someone else uses your account or password without your permission. You could also be held responsible if someone else uses your account in a way that causes damage to us or others.

Intellectual Property Rights

All parts of our services, like the information, software, text, images, videos, design and how everything is arranged, belong to Pawstrology Inc., our partners, or others who have created these materials. They are protected by laws that cover things like copyright, trademarks, and patents, both in the United States and around the world.

As long as you follow our terms, you can use our services, but only for personal, non-commercial reasons.

The name "Pawstrology Inc.” and “moonpaws,” our logo, and any related names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Pawstrology Inc. You can’t use these trademarks without our permission. You also can’t:

Copy, save, download, share, or change any part of our services or content unless these terms say it’s okay.
Use our services or any content for business purposes without getting our written approval first.
Violate any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights owned by Pawstrology Inc.

If you break these rules, your right to use our services will stop immediately, and you may have to return or destroy any materials you’ve taken. You do not own any part of our services, and any rights not clearly given to you are reserved by Pawstrology Inc. Using our services in a way that isn’t allowed by these terms could break the law.

Prohibited Uses

You can only use our services in ways that follow the law and these rules. If the law says you’re not allowed to use our services, then you shouldn’t be using them. If you break any rules, we're not responsible for what happens. Here’s what you agree NOT to do with our services:

Break any local, state, national, or international laws (like rules about sharing data or software between countries).
Hurt or try to hurt minors by showing them bad content, asking for personal info, or doing anything harmful.
Use the services to share or use any material that doesn’t follow our rules or the law.
Send advertisements or spam without getting our written permission first.
Pretend to be someone else, like Pawstrology Inc. employees, other users, or any other person or company.
Do anything that stops others from enjoying the services or could harm Pawstrology Inc. or other users.

Also, you agree not to:

Use the services in ways that could break them, slow them down, or stop others from using them.
Use robots, software, or any tool to copy or spy on the services.
Use any programs that mess up how the services work.
Introduce harmful stuff like viruses, worms, or trojans into the system.
Try to break into, damage, or mess with any part of the services, servers, computers, or databases connected to our services.
Attack the services to make them crash or stop working.
Do anything else that interferes with the proper function of the services.

Uploaded Content Guidelines for Pawstrology Inc.

Some parts of our app let you create and store content (we'll call this "Uploaded Content").

What you can’t upload:

Anything that breaks the law or someone else’s rights (like privacy, copyrights, or trademarks).
Content that’s false, mean, rude, inappropriate, or harmful. This includes anything offensive, threatening, violent, hateful, or profane.
Anything that tries to harm or exploit children, asks for personal information, or exposes them to inappropriate content.
Content that bullies, harasses, intimidates, spreads false information, spams, or bothers other users.

We may decide what's acceptable or not, and if needed, we'll remove content that goes against these rules.

What you need to know about your content:

You are responsible for everything you upload. This means it must follow the rules, and it can’t break the law or infringe on anyone else’s rights.
You also need to make sure you have the rights to share that content and allow us to use it as explained in our Privacy Policy.
If we think your content breaks the rules or isn’t appropriate, we can remove it, but you’re still responsible for it.

Lastly, remember that Pawstrology Inc. isn't liable for anything you upload or how accurate it is — it's up to you to make sure your content is safe and follows the rules.

Purchases

You can buy our products and services through different platforms like the Apple App Store, Google Play, Shopify, and other approved services (we’ll call these "external services"). When you make a purchase, it’s handled through your account on that specific service (your "External Service Account"). The rules for making purchases and any taxes (which can change depending on where you live) will be shared with you when you make a purchase.

Please note: If a product or service is not allowed in your area, we can’t offer it there.

In-App Fees: We may charge fees for using certain parts of our app or services, either now or in the future. You agree to pay for any products or services you choose to buy through our app using your account, including any taxes. The prices may change, but we will always let you know in advance if fees go up or if we add new ones. If you need a refund for something you purchased from Apple, follow these instructions. For Google refunds, follow these instructions.
Subscriptions: If you start a free trial for a subscription and don’t cancel before the trial period ends, it will automatically switch to a paid subscription. This means the payment method you set up (like through Apple or Google Play) will be charged. Your subscription will keep renewing and charging you until you cancel it. You can cancel by following the steps provided in the "Cancellations and Refunds" section. Keep in mind, if you've already used a free trial from the Apple Store or Google Play Store, you won't be able to get another one. In that case, you'll be signed up for a paid subscription automatically. When you buy a subscription, it will renew automatically at the price you agreed to when you signed up, until you decide to cancel. The price and details were shown to you when you first subscribed. If you cancel, you’ll still have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current period, and then your subscription will expire. Since you can still use our services without a subscription, canceling your subscription won’t delete your profile. If you want to fully remove your profile, check our privacy policy for instructions on how to do that. To cancel, log in to your account (like your Apple or Google account) and follow the steps to cancel.

Online Shop: We offer some of our products and services online through our website (which we call our "Online Shop"). Sometimes, these items may only be available for a short time and in limited quantities. If you need to return or exchange anything, be sure to check our FAQ on our Online Shop for details on how to do that. We do our best to make sure that all the prices and product information on our site are correct. But, occasionally, mistakes happen. If we notice an error, we can fix it or update information, and we might even cancel your order if needed. This can happen at any time, even after you've placed your order, and we may not be able to give you a heads-up. We might also change the prices, descriptions, or availability of any product or service without warning. If we have to update the information on our site, we’ll do so as needed by law, but we don’t guarantee that everything will always meet your expectations. Additionally, we have the right to limit, block, or cancel any order you place with us. If this happens, we’ll try to reach out to you using the email, billing address, or phone number you provided when you ordered.

Sharing Your Ideas and Feedback

When you send us your ideas, suggestions, feedback, or anything else (“Comments”), whether online, by email, or mail, you agree that we can use, edit, share, and publish them however we want, at any time. We don’t have to keep your Comments private, pay you for them, or reply to them.

You also agree that your Comments won’t break any laws or rights, like copyright, privacy, or trademarks, and won’t include anything offensive, harmful, or illegal. Please don’t use a fake email or pretend to be someone else. You’re responsible for what you share with us, and we’re not responsible for any problems caused by your Comments.

Closing or Pausing Your Account

We have the right to pause, limit, or close your account and stop you from using our services for any reason, without needing to tell you first. You can close your account whenever you want by emailing us at hello@moonpaws.com and sharing enough information so we can confirm it’s really you. Once your account is closed, you must stop using our services. Keep in mind, closing your account doesn’t change any responsibilities you had with us before it was closed. Some parts of our agreement will still apply even after your account is closed.

AFFILIATES. This site may use affiliate links to sell certain products or services. We disclaim any and all liability as a result of Your purchase through one of these links. We will use reasonable efforts to notify with a notice on the web page containing the affiliate link. REVOCATION OF ACCESS. You may terminate your use and access to any of our services at any time. Please send an email to hello@moonpaws.com to initiate this process. Termination will not excuse you of payments owed to Us. Upon confirmation of your termination, any and all outstanding balances will become immediately due and payable. Any existing balance that remains after 14 days from the date of termination will be sent to a collections agency, and you agree to be responsible for any additional charges, fees or costs associated with such a collection effort, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

TERMINATION. If at any time we feel you have violated these Terms and Conditions, then we shall immediately terminate your use of services and any related communications as we deem appropriate. It is within our sole discretion to allow any user’s access of our services, and we may revoke this access at any time without notice.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION. If you and Our Company cannot find a resolution to a dispute or potential claim by means of good-faith negotiation, then You explicitly agree to resolve any such dispute through Alternative Dispute Resolution or Mediation.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT. You agree not to engage in slander, libel, or otherwise disparage Our Company or services.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. By accessing any features on our Website or any services, you agree that you have read and accept Our Privacy Policy at this link (https://moonpaws.com/privacy). The terms of the Privacy Policy together with these Terms and Conditions, the information contained herein constitutes the entire agreement between site users and Our company relating to the use of this website.

LAW AND JURISDICTION. These Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with the Illinois law and applicable federal law in the United States. Any dispute arising out of or related to the information contained herein shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Cook County, Illinois. The prevailing party in any legal dispute arising out of these terms shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

SEVERABILITY. If any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy is deemed unlawful and/or unenforceable, all other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect.

Time Limit for Claims

If you have any complaints or problems with our services or these rules, you need to take action within one year from when the issue happens. After that, your right to make a claim will be gone forever.

Waivers and Changes

If Pawstrology Inc. chooses not to enforce any part of these rules, it doesn’t mean we’re giving up on that rule or any other rule in the future. Also, if we don’t act right away to use a right or rule, that doesn’t mean we’re giving it up.

If any part of these rules is found to be unfair, illegal, or impossible to follow by a court, only that part will be changed or removed. The rest of the rules will stay in place and still apply.

Notices

We’ll send any important updates or messages about our services using the contact information you gave us when you signed up. If your contact info changes, you can update it in your account settings. As long as we send a message to the contact info we have or post it on our site, it counts as you having received it. We'll consider your notice valid once we receive it with proof of delivery.

Complete Agreement and Other General Terms

These terms, along with any rules or policies we post on our app, website, or about the services, make up the entire agreement between you and Pawstrology Inc. This agreement replaces any earlier deals or promises we might have made, whether in writing or spoken. You can't transfer or give your rights under this agreement to someone else unless we say it’s okay in writing. But we can transfer our rights without needing your permission. If you try to give your rights away without asking us first, it won’t count. These terms don’t create any special relationship between us, like a partnership or job agreement. The section titles in these terms are just for organization and don’t have any legal meaning.
